Over the years, I have put on a lot of weight. So last month, I started walking, and now I have added excersise. I drink water throught the day, and I am beginning to see the results. But one time, I tried this "high energy" diet, and I was told to drink up to 96 ounces of water a day. Now, I drink a lot of water, but it’s probably only about 46 ounces in a day(if I’m lucky). And after drinking that much water, I feel water logged. Is there any truth about drinkng X amount of water to loose X amount of pounds?
